1.Definitions:

  • Ardget : The original legal creator owner of this website identified by the Unique Resource Identifier "http://ardget.com/" including its subdomains and subpaths in arbitrary depth ("Website" hereinunder).
  • Google Play : The service provided by Google LLC subject to Google Play Terms of Service.
  • Service : Apps, games, information, materials or functions provided to you by Ardget through the Google Play or other services or on the Website subject to the binding terms of a legal agreement ("Terms" here-in-under) between you and Ardget.

2.Acceptance of the Terms: You must accept all of the Terms and the Privacy Policy to use the Service. By using the Service or any portion of it, you accept all the Terms and the Privacy Policy. You may not use the Service [1] if you are a person barred from receiving the Service under the laws of Japan or other countries in which you reside in or from which you use the Service or [2] if you don't have legal right to make a binding contract with Ardget under applicable laws.

3.License: Ardget gives you non-exclusive license that grants you right to use the Service personally for non-commercial purposes. If there is a charge for your use of any portions of the Service, you agree to pay that charge.

4.Prohibited Use: You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, redistribute, assign your right to use the Service. You may not (and you may not permit anyone else to) copy, modify, prepare a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract or analyze the source or executable codes or data used in the Service.

5.Disclaimer of Warranty: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "with all faults" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6.Limitation of Liability: Ardget shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you through your use of the Service or inability to use the Service. This limitation shall apply whether or not Ardget has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages.

7.Proprietary Rights: Ardget reserves entire legal rights on the Service. You shall acknowledge that the Service may contain "confidential information" subject to trade secret or copyright laws and international treaties or conventions. You shall not access or attempt to access such information without Ardget's prior written express permission.

8.Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Ardget and its affiliated third parties harmless from any claim or demand (including but not limited to attorneys' fees or fees for investigation, communication, transportation, repairs or goods for substitutions) due to or arising out of [1] your use of the Service, [2] your violation of the Terms or [3] any dealings between you and any third parties in or around the Service.

9.Termination: The agreement on the Terms continues until either you or Ardget terminate it. You agree that Ardget reserves right to terminate the agreement at any time at sole discretion with or without prior notice by either restricting your access to the Service or closing down the Service. You can terminate the agreement at any time by ceasing your use of the Service. If the agreement is terminated, you shall remove all the materials obtained through the Service on your devices or in any other storage media or systems. Provisions of the Terms 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 will survive after any termination of this agreement.

10.Revision of the Terms: Ardget can revise any provisions of the Terms at any time at sole discretion without prior notice. When you continue to use the Service after revised terms get available on the Website, you accept all of the revised terms.

11.Miscellaneous: The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Japan. You agree that you and Ardget submit to the first jurisdiction of Yokohama District Court in Japan to handle any legal matter arising out of the Terms. If for any reason, a court finds any provision of the Terms unlawful, legally-void or unenforceable, the remainder of provisions of the Terms shall be fully valid and enforceable.

Privacy Policy

General Privacy Policy: Ardget does not collect personally identifiable information about you (such as your name, street address, phone number, contact address, device identifier, precise location data or account information) through the Service.

Global Statistics Privacy Policy: For serving "Global Statistics" functions in some game products, Ardget may gather anonymous play-results data (such as #wins) through the Service. Collected information is solely used to provide world-wide statistics data (e.g. average win percentage) in the Service. You can opt-out such a function at any time by disabling it in "Settings" in the game.

Logging Privacy Policy: Logging system of this web-server or third party's program that works with the Service may automatically collect information about your access to the Service (such as IP address, date and time of request, language preference, etc.). Collected information is to be used for the purpose of future improvement of the Service.

Advertisements Privacy Policy: Third party advertising company directly serving Ads on the Service may collect information about your access to the Service by using web-browser cookies, web-beacons or other technologies in order to provide advertisements relevant to your interests.
